Whatever product you decide on whether its from a drug store dermatologist or department store make sure it has spf15 or higher in it. Nope, it’s not bad though, but it’s not so much necessary for teenagers, it’s better if they are used after 30s.

No. It's good for younger people to use moisturizers, especially anti-aging moisturizers, because you want to prevent wrinkles, not try to cure them. Some of the best ways to moisturize would be buying Vaseline or Aquaphor and applying one of those lightly at night. You don't need specific anti-aging, because keeping your skin moisturized will control getting wrinkles. If you have oily skin, your skin is always being moisturized because of the excess oil, so use that to your advantage as well.

my dermatologist says that you’re never too young to start protecting your skin against aging. you dont need something super crazy but a light anti aging cream cant hurt.
it sounds like you need a moisturizer more than an anti aging cream tho. maybe get a good moisturizer with spf and a little bit of anti aging solution in it.
