You can start using anti aging products any time. I know Avon do products which start from 25+ but you should have a healthy beauty regime whatever your age as long as you use natural products. They can only be good for you, used correctly. References :

The ealier the better. If you start when you are a teenager you will be better off in the long run. Mary kay has a really good line.
