Depending on the time of the month I can go from normal, to sensitive, to acne prone skin – so probably something that isn’t strictly about masking my face with moisture.

Should I be more interested in a night cream than a daily moisturizer that specializes in the anti-aging stuff?

Murad has a great line of anti-aging products. Especially there professional line. You can buy them online but they can be pricey. If you were makeup everyday then a night cream may suit you best. Sometimes using any type of moisturizer under makeup can break you out or cause an allergic reaction. Like you, I have searched for similar products. Unfortunately when you have sensitive skin it is hard to find something that works without buying every product on the shelf. If you can try the Murad, you can even get samples to try first. The Murad Immuno Age is what I use.
Also, other things you can do to prevent aging is stay out of the sun without a good sunscreen. This is the biggest cause of Wrinkles.

theres different brands and SPF number or percentage…What would be the ideal SPF for male in there early 20’s

I’m 25. Not sure if it would be a good investment to buy an expensive lotion or a waste of money. I have a bunch of moisturizers from when I was 22 and paranoid about aging, but its stuff that came from places like Walmart and I havent thrown them away yet……does lotion have a life span? All answers appreciated.

all products have a lifespan as far as i know. there should be expiration dates on the bottles usually on the back by the label or on the bottom. if it’s too faded to read or you can’t find one then toss it. it usually will just have the month and year. nivea Q10 Wrinkle cream in the jar along with regular use of cocoa butter,aloe,and vitamin E are some of the best defenses against aging. avoid too much sun, use sunscreen. Q10 is vitamin A so a supplement with vitamin A is helpful. be aware however although it’s great to make skin stay young and supple, lookup the side effects of using the creams and don’t overuse vitamin A. you may find that your eyes get really light sensitive and make sure you’re not allergic or get rashes from it. i always used Q10 along with a lotion containing cocoa butter, aloe, and E everyday and always got compliments about my skin. now i’m a mommy and don’t have the time to do such lol. best of luck and it worked for me.
