I speak of Hydroquinone. Hydroquinone has been banned in most countries. This is a VERY controversial ingredient. However, when Hydroquinone is formulated properly it has study after study proving it to be an effective and SAFE skin lightening ingredient. Aside from these products I also do a lot of natural masks. I only know the ones that are good for dry skin usually some combination of bananas, honey, milk, yogurt, and eggs. I really like doing an aspirin mask once a week also.
